this is how i was born

This is my history......

When others prefer to have head first out, i decided to have my butt first instead. hehe. actually my mum told me that i was born by a breech presentation. it was dangerous, but i felt lucky to be among the 3.5% people who bravely took the risk on their birth day to welcome the world by feet first instead of head. hehe. maybe it's because i was too eager to step on the ground with my two tiny feet. who knows. ;D

And myb because of this birth history of mine, my dad named me by HANIS which means 'brave'.. (if i was not mistaken. remember finding it somewhere in the book of himpunan nama-nama)

Glad and thankful to Allah that i was given the chance to face the world and live up to this point. Alhamdulillah ^_^

p/s: sorry to those who cannot understand even a single thing this guy is explaining. not your fault. just that the theories aren't meant for you guys.  

the best role model

We always said that Rasulullah SAW is the best role model. but do we really make him the role model of our life? do we follow his sunnah? too bad we didnt :(

So let us start taking his good roles and make it part of our life style. 

May we live a healthy life like our dearest Rasulullah SAW do, InsyaAllah :)

hidup itu ujian

hidup ni meaningless melainkn kpd org2 yg tahu erti sebenar dan matlamat sebenar dia hidup. hidup ini ujian. oleh sbb itulah kita sering ditimpa kesusahan. andai kata hidup ini sentiasa indah tanpa pernah ada kesusahan melanda maka apakah tujuan kita melalui kehidupan? ingatlah bahawasanya kita hidup kerana ALLAH. kerana kita akan kembali kpd Allah. itulah tujuan hidup.

lately im feeling a bit down and stressed out. and the very part i hate the most is when i start blaming others for things i couldnt accept. things like, why did you do this and not that. why you must do that, you should do this. why you do it when actually you are the one hating me doing it last time. etc...

this actions, this questions im asking inside me, they are all there because im selfish. im arrogant. i forgot that life isnt just about satisfactions. but life is about going through all the struggles with open hearts, with hopes for pleasing Allah and not myself.

Ya Tuhan kami, limpahknlah kesabaran kpd kami dan matikanlah kami dlm keadaan muslim (berserah diri kpd-Mu)

Kalau beberapa tahun yg lalu warga Iskandariah telah digemparkn dgn berita pemergian Dr Farid Fathy El-Gebaly, pada hari ini sekali lagi kita kehilangan seorang guru, tokoh ilmuan yg byk berjasa mencurahkn segala ilmu di dada iaitu Dr. HAYTHAM. Kehadirannya dirasai, pemergiannya ditangisi. Semoga setiap ilmu yg dicurahkn kita manfaatkn sepenuhnya. Fakta-fakta tentang wanita

1.Bila seorang wanita mengatakan dia sedang bersedih..., tetapi dia tidak menitiskan airmata, itu bermakna dia sedang menangis di dalam hatinya.

2.Bila dia tidak menghiraukan kamu setelah kamu menyakiti hatinya, lebih baik kamu beri dia waktu untuk menenangkan hatinya sebelum kamu menegur dengan ucapan maaf.

3.Wanita susah untuk mencari sesuatu yang dia benci tentang orang yang paling dia sayangi (karena itu banyak wanita yang patah hati bila hubungannya putus di tengah jalan).

4.Jika seorang wanita jatuh cinta dengan seorang lelaki, lelaki itu akan sentiasa ada di pikirannya walaupun ketika itu dia sedang bersama dengan lelaki lain.

Looking at myself as a woman, i guess these facts are somewhat true..

And for fact No. 4, in my opinion, although she remembers the other guy, but that doesn't mean she's being untrue to the one she's with now. it's just that it's hard for her to fully forget the past, especially her first love. but of all the love she has, she will never want to betray the love of her life. =)

Alhamdulillah my blog is now 11months and 4weeks old. it's nearly a year. too many memories i treasured here. the sadness and sorrows, the happiness and joys, the hopes and wishes, the thanks and glads, the apologies and forgiveness, and many more. may you be my best storybook forever :)

I once asked my opah,

My opah maybe old and forgetful, but what moves me was how she can clearly remember the love of her life even though he had gone long. hope that one day i too find myself a life partner who are beautifully imperfect to me.

matruh siwa

Alhamdulillah, after having a two days one night trip to matruh and siwa i was finally home the night before raya. it was tiring, full of adventures and survivals but on top of all, it was superb! 2 nights of an inadequate sleep, 2 days of no bath, 2 days of an unorganized meal time, hours of sitting on the coaster, and a too hard to find with long ques toilets was terribly unaccepted but the experience gained paid off all pains. hehe. the best part of the trip was the roller-coaster feeling ride of safari and the chance of living in a badwi's village and sleeping in the tent in the middle of the desert. harsh but awesome. (^_^)v

The big stone you see in the middle of the sea was the place where Cleopatra used to take her bath.

A short story about Cleopatra, she was one of the Egyptian ruler. She had ruled Egypt for some time before Egypt finally fall into the hand of Rome. She had married twice, the first was with her elder brother while the second was with her younger brother. And according to history, there were 2 standpoint of how she died. opinion 1 says that she was bitten by a snake on her way to Rome while opinion 2 stated that she killed herself after been captured by Rome.

Next, we went for safari in the middle of the Sahara desert. We had a ride in the jeep and it felt like having a roller coaster ride in the middle of the desert. hehe.

Only us were there in the desert.

Firah wa rus.. delicious! we had 3x of firah and each time we got 1/4 of a chicken. if you multiple by 3, meaning we ate 3/4 of a chicken only in two days. amazing how arabian can eat that much of a chicken. hehe.

Siwa is a desert, but because of the hot springs it owned that make it a place of living.

To tell you the truth, night in the sahara was totally cold. chills up to the bone!

Lastly, we went to the East West Restaurant before heading back to Alexandria.

What caught my eyes the most was its billboard. Usually people will tell others when they have other branches but in case of this restaurant, they tell others when they do not have other branch apart of the restaurant itself. very honest of them. hehe.

After lunch, we headed straight back to Alexandria and reached Alex around 10 pm. Alhamdulillah.
