8 min abs workout

Another abs workout i've been trying lately, especially after i realized that my tummy decided not to flatten by itself. *crying*

Well actually, it was suggested by my one true love himself. maybe bcoz he's afraid that his girl is putting on weight too much these days. hahah. *side effects from getting married and being too happy :P

Well, it will only take you around 8 minutes to do this workout. so it don't think it will give you much pressure to do this aite?? come and join me while i help you to loose some of those ugly tummy fats. :D

In summary, you need to do these few steps to get a perfect looking, flat abs.
1. W leg raises for 10x
2. flank for 50 sec
3. frog leg crunches for 14x
4. figure 4 leg raises for 14x
5. leg raise toe taps for 28x
6. diagonal jack knife crunches for 28x
7. standing toe touches for 35x

things to do on first day of pay

Sempena Hari Terima Gaji utk orang kerja kerajaan dan swasta (awal bulan) bagaimana cara nak rasa duit gaji itu sentiasa cukup walaupun sedikit?
Pesan Ustaz Mohd Nassru Abdul Latif:

1.Bila hari terima gaji, jangan dilupa ibu dan ayah. Perkara pertama buat, transfer utk mereka dahulu. Banyak atau sedikit, itu tidak penting. Walau mereka berdua mungkin sudah berpendapatan, tetapi berikan kepada mereka sebagai hadiah. Percayalah, duit gaji kita akan cukup!

2.Jangan dilupa "Tabung Haji", memotong melalui potongan gaji lebih baik. Anda tahu, bila kita sudah mendaftar haji, ia bermakna "Nawaitu" itu telah ada!

3.Sebagai seorang ayah, ingat kembali urusan anak. Aqiqahkan mereka dahulu, sebelum anda membeli TV LED baru, sebelum menukar sport rim baru!

4.Sebagai seorang isteri yang bekerja, bantulah suami! Tidak salah jika isteri berkata "Duit I, Duit I, Duit suami, Duit I! Tapi, redha itu lebih penting. Suami pula jangan ambik kesempatan atas kebaikan isteri!

5.Sebagai isteri yang tidak bekerja, redha dengan apa yang ada. Jangan merungut! Tiada suami yang mahukan kekurangan dalam keluarga.

6.Lihat ahli keluarga yang terdekat, siapa yang perlu dibantu? Orang susah, anak yatim? Rezeki kita akan sentiasa cukup jika mendahulukan orang yang dekat!

7.Jangan kedekut tetapi jangan pula terlalu boros! Memberi makan merupakan sedekah yang sangat mudah. Sekali sekala, apa salahnya belanja kawan2.

crossing the arctic, in finding the Almighty

Amaze by the beauty of the creation. the wide field, the blue sky, the mountains, the wonderful colours of the green grass and the white snow. SUBHANALLAH! MASYAALLH! it's too beautiful. no word can describe how i feel the moment i watch this amazingly beautiful scenery shots.. Oh Allah, i feel so small, so tiny in front of You. definitely, You are THE ALMIGHTY.

Looking at the land so beautifully created, i can't imagine what Paradise may look like?
Paradise.. a place that no eye has ever see, a place that no heart has ever percieve. subhanallah~

Within it is a flowing spring
Within it are couches raised high
And cups put in place
And cushions lined up
And carpets spread around

Then do they not look at the camels, how they are created?
And at the sky, how it is raised?
And the mountains, how they are erected?
And at the earth, how it is spread out?

happy graduation day

Dulu masa planning nk pilih tarikh nikah dan majlis kahwin, mmg sengaja pilih tarikh after graduation which was suppose to be held in october. so that i can grab both but things doesnt always goes as planned. Alhmdulillah my wedding went on as planned but the graduation day was pushed to december, 7th. which by then im not in malaysia to attend the ceremony. its okay,  kita merancang Allah merancang dan perancangan Allah adalah yg terbaik. i believe in that. 

Although im not there to celebrate together with friends, but know that im still happy to wish all of you HAPPY GRADUATION DAY FRIENDS! Alhamdulillah weve managed to be at this stage today. 

To friends who already got induction and placement, all the best! be good doctors, be nice to your patients. may your effort in being the savior of the nation be the ticket to jannah inshaAllah. tajdid niat, and work for Allah, work for ummah. good luck frineds! ;)
