Last thursday, we had a small discussion, the ladies garden on an interesting topic of 'penawar bagi hati'.
Alhamdullillah byk yg dikupas, especially on the aspect of 'zina', on how our parts of the body could lead us to zina and also how to appreciate nikmat anggota badan yg Allah kurniakn from head to toes. utk bersyukur akn nikmat Allah it's easy actually, but many of us failed to do including me. :(
By doing good with our anggota tulang empat kerat ni and avoid using it for bad things is enough to show our gratitude to the Creator. so friends, always show you are happy with the nikmat given to you by using both hands to help people, both legs to go to nice places, both eyes to see Allah's creations, both ears to listen to good news, use the mouth to speak good words and use the other parts of our body wisely and avoid doing sins with them. inshaaAllah you'll be blessed! :)
Not to forget, each time during wudhu', make it a habit to make du'a on every part you wash.
Say, "Ya Allah, hilangkanlah zulmah (kegelapan) pd anggota-ku ini"
Ya Allah hilangkanlah zulmah pada wajahku dan serikn lah ia dgn nur iman-Mu
Ya Allah hilangkanlah zulmah pada tanganku dan serahkanlah buku amalanku kelak dgn tgn kananku bkn tgn kiriku
Ya Allah hilangkanlah zulmah pada ubun2ku dan mudahkanlah keluarnya rohku
Ya Allah hilangkanlah zulmah pada telingaku
Ya Allah hilangkanlah zulmah pada kakiku dan tetapkanlah ia atas titian sirat-Mu
And after finished taking wudhu, recite the doa slps wudhu.
Moga2 kita terpelihara drp melakukan kejahatan dgn anggota tubuh kita. ingatlah, sesungguhnya setiap nikmat itu adalah pinjaman Allah buat kita di bumi ini dan kelak kita akan dikembalikn kpd Sang Maha Pencipta. maka peliharalah diri sebaiknya mudah2an kita dpt mempersembahkan yg terbaik di hadapan Allah kelak, inshaAllah :)
