I know it's friday and yet i'm happy that i didn't let my friday morning wasted. this morning there was a charity-run event organised by Life in collaboration with Yalla Foundation the 'MARATHON FOR PAEDIATRICS KIDS'. Alhamdulillah me and a bunch of friends participate in the event.
We started the run from stanley bridge at 9.30 am and less than 1 hour we manage to reach the finishing line at the bibliotheca.
I had fun running along the seaside especially after being dormant for so long. but the consequences of sudden heavy load exercise after being in a state of prolonged inactivity surely is a troublesome. right now both of my legs suffered from severe cramps and aches, and that it forces me to be bed ridden the whole day. this definitely will take a few days before full recovery. huuu sakiiiittt~
