8 min abs workout

Another abs workout i've been trying lately, especially after i realized that my tummy decided not to flatten by itself. *crying*

Well actually, it was suggested by my one true love himself. maybe bcoz he's afraid that his girl is putting on weight too much these days. hahah. *side effects from getting married and being too happy :P

Well, it will only take you around 8 minutes to do this workout. so it don't think it will give you much pressure to do this aite?? come and join me while i help you to loose some of those ugly tummy fats. :D

In summary, you need to do these few steps to get a perfect looking, flat abs.
1. W leg raises for 10x
2. flank for 50 sec
3. frog leg crunches for 14x
4. figure 4 leg raises for 14x
5. leg raise toe taps for 28x
6. diagonal jack knife crunches for 28x
7. standing toe touches for 35x
