i don't like people telling me what to do when at the same time they are doing just the same thing that they tell others not to do and give excuses for why they are doing it so that they won't look like the bad ones. for me, if you really speak to admonished then make sure that the first person who will get the message is yourself. if you speak only for the sake to improve others but not yourself, that's jealousy and envy.
